We moved at the beginning of April and I have had many people ask me if we are all settled. Well, I'm going to show you just how not settled I am. On a good note my kids' bedrooms are unpacked along with the living room and kitchen, but the rest of the house--oh my!! Here is a small glimpse.
1. Corner of the dining room. 2. A couple of stray boxes in the living room. 3. & 4. Playroom (those boxes are filled with a lot of school curriculum which I need to unpack ASAP!) 5. Office.
You can see I can't complain that I don't have anything to do. Caleb will be graduating in June so I have a goal to get everything in a place by the time of his open house.
Oy vey! I am packing to move. I've been living with boxes for MONTHS. We haven't found a home yet but I'm living in limbo. I so empathize.
ReplyDeleteBoxes -- we are eagerly waiting for our shipment. Then we will probably look like your house.
ReplyDeleteAs much as I would love to move, looking at boxes is always a reminder that I need to be content with our tight living quarters!
ReplyDeleteI hope that you will find joy in the unpacking.

As a military moving family, that is an all too familiar picture. Wish I was closer- I would come help in a heartbeat! Many hands make light work- grab a friend and turn on some fun music.
