Teaser Tuesday

Photobucket

Teaser Tuesday is hosted by Should be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:

•Grab your current read

•Open to a random page

•Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page

•BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)

•Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

Rilla of Ingleside by L.M. Montgomery

Rilla carried the soup tureen to the kitchen, and set it on the table under Susan's eyes. Susan looked into the tureen and for once in her life was so completely floored that she had not a word to say. p. 64

I remember reading this series, but this one does not sound familiar. I may have to reread these one of these days... My teaser: A Tale of Two Cities

I've watched the series when I was younger but haven't read the books yet. My sister has the collection though. Need to read them soon one day!

Good teaser! Maybe we don't wanna know what's in there? I've never read any of Montgomery's books, but they're definitely on my "someday" list.
